Fantastic fireplace and fantastic customer service! So accommodating and genuinely lovely people. Selection of products is great and they were so helpful when we hit a problem when old fireplaces were ripped out (chimney flue was crumbling and plaster all came off!!!). They worked around our schedule and we couldn't have asked for more.
