Terms and Conditions

  • Refunds are not accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Damages must be report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Supply only goods must be signed for upon delivery

  • Installation is guarenteed for 12 months
  • Balance of goods must be paid before goods are dispatched from the showroom

  • Carpets must be rolled back 1 meter and gripper rods removed to allow room to work when having a full fireplace installed

  • We are unable to cut carpets following installation

  • If you have a gas fire we will require access to the gas meter

  • We do bring our own dust sheets but recommend putting your own down first on any items that cannot be removed from the room

  • We are not able to remove rubbish, rubble, packaging off site. 

  • Fitting/delivery is paid direct to the engineer upon completion

  • We make good plastering up to 3 inches as standard; if more is required this is priced accordingly

  • If asbestos is suspected the fitters must stop until it has been confirmed safe

  • Unexpected work can come to light during installation such as roof work, building work, removal of back boil etc. If this happened the work will be chargeable

  • Roof work, such as fitting flue liners and chimney pots, cannot be carried out during wet/windy/adverse weather
  • Carbon monoxide detectors are a legal requirement on all gas and solid fuel installations
  • If a socket or spur is required, you will require an electrian to fit those
  • Granite, slate and marble can come with imperfections such as fossil marks and variations in finish
  • A fee will be charged if installation is cancelled or required preparation is not complete and therefore the job cannot go ahead
  • we do not guarentee decorating such as paint and wallpaper will not be damaged during installation and therefore are not liable for any redecorting there after.
